On Friday 26th June 2020, the Dolia team completed a socially distant joint marathon in aid of a great mental health charity, Mind. Collectively, we walked and ran just over 46km, raising £310 for the charity, far exceeding our £200 target!
Thank you to everyone who donated and supported us on the marathon. Mind really appreciated our efforts, sending us the following message:

Work life can have a massive impact on our overall mental health and perhaps more so when many of us are currently working remotely without our colleagues close-by. We all spend a large majority of our life at work and sometimes it can get on top of us as stress and pressure builds up. This can be anything from a tight deadline to heavy workload or lots of little things building up. The important thing is that we acknowledge this and look to take some form of action and have #happyheads at work.
Good mental health at work doesn’t just create a happy working environment, but it is also proven to boost productivity. We recognise this and we’re working hard to raise awareness and to support those struggling with mental health issues at work. There are many things you can do in your day-to-day lives that can improve your mental health, such as eating well, taking a break, asking for help or even keeping active.
